Easy Iron contains five individual puree's that are rich in iron, perfect for when introducing solids. Easy Iron contains 5x 30g cubes of puree beef, canellini beans, lamb, black eye peas & lentils with no added flavours, preservatives, colours or fillers.

Instructions: Heat up in microwave for 1-2 minutes, ensure to stir to remove any cold spots, col and then serve. Alternatively, heat in a pot on the stove top until hot. Cool and then serve.

Each pack contains 150g of each flavour, frozen in 5x 30g individual portions for your convenience.

These products are designed to allow you the opportunity to expose your child to each food five times before moving on to the next flavour. Easy Iron is perfect for adding to other vegetables to create your own unique flavours for your child.
